They are the Warm Temperate Plants Exhibition Area, Bamboo Art Exhibition Area, Temperate Plants Exhibition Area and Ocean Exhibition Area. Among them, the Ocean Pavilion was introduced when the Shanghai World Expo was held in China. At that time, a "undersea forest" dominated by marine algae plants will be built, displaying marine plants such as macroalgae, kelp, and gelidium.

The shape is planned and designed according to the shape of the leaves. It is one of the steel structure factory exhibition halls in Asia. How is this "leaf" plant pavilion "sewn"? The steel structure of the entire project has a total tonnage of 3,000 tons and more than 14,000 assembly rods.

On-site splicing and welding tasks are arduous, and hoisting is particularly difficult. The total length of welds of steel structures spliced on site alone exceeds 17,000 meters, which is equivalent to the welding volume of 10,000 tons of conventional steel structures. The construction time is only 3 months.

In addition, the concrete walls of the Botanical Pavilion are all curved, and the wall thickness and wall height are relatively large, and cannot be constructed as an ordinary building. To this end, the construction staff used a screw with a diameter of 16 to construct in accordance with the segmented pouring plan.

When planting flowers and trees indoors, sunlight is the first problem to be solved. Therefore, the curtain wall of the Botanical Pavilion is mainly made of glass, like a puzzle. More than 15,000 pieces of glass are "stitched" into the shape of leaves to obtain high light transmittance.

The plant pavilion looks like a leaf. The beautiful arc makes the building look very beautiful and realistic, but it also tests the skills of the construction staff. "This arc is a test of our technical level. The exterior wall of the entire Botanical Pavilion is a glass wall of 37,000 square meters. It is composed of more than 15,000 triangular pieces of glass.
