1 Tempering: Heat the quenched workpiece to an appropriate temperature below the critical point AC1 for a certain period of time, and then use a method that meets the requirements to cool it, and gradually heat the structure and performance required by the process.


2 Carbonitriding of steel: Carbonitriding is a process in which carbon and nitrogen are simultaneously infiltrated into the steel surface. Traditionally, carbonitriding, also known as cyanidation, widely separates medium temperature gas carbonitriding and low temperature gas carbonitriding (that is, gas nitrocarburizing). The main purpose of medium temperature gas carbonitriding is to improve the hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength of steel. Low temperature gas carbonitriding is mainly nitriding, and its main purpose is to improve the wear resistance and seizure resistance of steel.


3 Quenching and tempering treatment: generally the heat treatment that combines quenching and tempering with high temperature tempering is called quenching and tempering treatment. Quench and temper a wide variety of important structural parts, especially coils, bolts, gears and shafts that work under alternating twists. After quenching and tempering, a tempered sorbite structure is obtained, and its mechanical properties are almost the same hardness as a normalized sorbite structure. Its hardness is constant and high temperature tempering temperature, and the tempering stability of steel and the cross section of the workpiece. The size is related, generally between HB200-350.
