The general development specifications of steel structure residences are not perfect and the development is chaotic. When summing up past experience, it is not enough to point out the future direction of development.

Insufficient publicity and insufficient contact with real estate developers. Many real estate developers think that steel structure houses are much more expensive, so they dare not do it. In fact, this is a misunderstanding. Compared with other residential buildings, steel structure houses are generally not expensive, and are basically the same as concrete structures, but the use area will increase a lot, generally reaching 5%, and the overall cost is relatively low.
