The surface of steel base layer of prefabricated building coated with fireproof coating for steel structure should be strictly dehydrated and degreasing. According to CECS24: 90 Technical Specification for the Application of Fireproof Coatings for Steel Structures, when using thick-coat fireproof coatings (ie W1/D1≥22, T1≥9mm) and the fire resistance limit t≥1h, the calculation formula is as follows: where T1 is the thickness of the fireproof coating , Mm; T2 is the coating thickness during the standard test, mm; W1 is the weight of the steel beam to be sprayed, kg/m; W2 is the weight of the steel beam during the standard test, kg/m; D1 is the steel to be sprayed.
