Grid structure

The grid structure is a spatial connection structure that connects the stressed members by nodes according to certain rules. Nodes are generally hinged design, rods mainly bear axial force, and the cross-sectional dimensions of rods are relatively small. The cross rods in these spaces support each other, and the force rods and the supporting system are organically combined, and the material is economical. There are many types of grid structures, which can be classified according to different standards.

1. According to the structure of the grid itself, it can be divided into: single-layer grid structure, double-layer grid structure and three-layer grid structure.

2. According to building materials, it can be divided into: steel mesh, aluminum mesh, wood mesh, plastic mesh, reinforced concrete mesh and combined mesh. Among them, steel gratings have been widely used in my country, and combined gratings can also be used. Used as a floor structure.

3. According to the support conditions, it can be divided into: outer support, four-point support, multi-point support, three-sided support, opposite support and mixed support.

4. According to different construction methods, grids can be divided into four categories: cross-truss system grids; triangular pyramid system grids; quadrangular pyramid system grids; hexagonal cone system grids.
