Color steel tile, also known as: color profiled tile, is a profiled plate that uses color coated steel plate and is rolled and cold-formed into various wave shapes.

Long, maintenance-free and other characteristics have been widely used in fabricated steel structures.

Color steel tile features:

⒈Light weight: 10-14 kg/m2, equivalent to 1/30 of a brick wall.

⒉ Thermal conductivity: λ<=0.041w/mk.

⒊High strength: It can be used as a load-bearing board for ceiling enclosure structure, resisting bending and compression; beams and columns are not used in general houses.

⒋Bright color: no surface decoration is required, and the anti-corrosion layer of the color galvanized steel plate can be maintained for 10-15 years.

⒌ Flexible and quick installation: the construction period can be shortened by more than 40%.

⒍Oxygen Index: (OI) 32.0 (provincial fire product quality inspection station).

Precautions

1. Wear the necessary safety equipment (such as gloves, helmets, safety belts and other tools).

2. The installation worker needs to be a professional with a certificate.

3. The skeleton must be firm when installed.

4. When installing and walking on the tile, try to step on the middle part of the tile to avoid stepping on the edge of the tile.

5. Be careful to install in bad weather.
